Spicy Sesame Noodles for #WorkFromHome Lunch

🌱 5 cups fresh wide rice noodles


🌱 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

🌱 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

🌱 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

🌱 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger

🌱 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

🌱 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

🌱 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

🌱 1 tablespoon truffle soy sauce

🌱 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

🌱 1 tablespoon sugar

🌱 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

  • 4 green onions, chopped

  • Sesame seeds, to taste

Cooking Method:
  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in garlic, onion, & ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add in sweet soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, truffle soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add rice noodles and toss together. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Top with green onion and sesame seeds!
