Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:
100 ml coffee
4 strawberries
240 ml vegetable milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups muscovado sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable butter
1 tsp vanilla
300 g tofu
4 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
Combine the milk, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, and vanilla in a bowl and mix with a whisk until all the ingredients are incorporated, then place on a pre-greased baking sheet and bake at 180C for 15 minutes and let it cool.
Blend the tofu and sugar, and mix with a little water if necessary until you get a velvety cream.
Cut the strawberries into squares.
To assemble, cut the cake into small squares and dip it in coffee, place the first layer of cake soaked in coffee in a glass, followed by a layer of cream and tofu and another layer of strawberries. Repeat the procedure until you reach the end of the glass, and decorate with cocoa powder.
