Sustainable Food Initiative
Nina Gheihman, PhD is a Harvard-trained sociologist and self-taught plant-based chef. Currently, Nina is a Postdoctoral Scholar at UC Berkeley Haas Sustainable Food Initiative where she is co-founder of the Plant Futures Symposium and Challenge Lab. Ninas work has been published in academic journals as well as media outlets including Refinery29 and The Telegraph.
